Dialogue Experience IDAI (Internship) Program: Summer 2019
Dialogue Experience (DE) dedicates to engage People of Differences (PoDs*) to create social impact. By providing innovative Impactainment (Entertainment with impact) and transformational experiences through dark and silence platforms, it brings a new perspective of social inclusion, diversity and equality to all sectors of the community.
The Inclusion & Diversity Ambassador Internship (IDAI) program applies our innovative and effective coaching and career development training for undergraduate students with the objectives to achieve Dialogue with Self, Dialogue with Business and Dialogue with Society. Students with different talents will be empowered and trained to be valuable contributors to social or business sectors with solid career-oriented training and real business projects. Participated students could enjoy our various social & business skills development training, which include:
- Job Coaching
- Career Development Training
- Inclusion and Diversity activities e.g. inclusive lunch, human library session
- Inclusion and Diversity ambassador planning
- Dialogue with Social Entrepreneurs
- Leadership training session
- Real workplace experience e.g. project management, marketing, business administration, customer services in Impactainment experiences
Target group: University students with any of the following type of disabilities
- Visually/ Hearing/ Physically Impaired
- Autism
- ADHD
- Specific Learning Difficulties
Internship positions
- Customer Experience Team: Project Assistant
- Inclusion & Diversity Team: Project Assistant
- Corporate Business Team: Business Development Assistant
- Accounting Team: Accounting Assistant
