Inclusive Stretching Class Series

Stretching is essential to your daily life, even if you are not keen on exercising.  Scientific research has proven that regular stretching helps to reduce muscle stiffness, release pain, improve flexibility and relieve daily stress.

 

Counseling and Wellness Center is going to collaborate with the Hong Kong Stretching Exercise Association to invite the first blind stretching instructor in Hong Kong to lead a series of stretching classes on campus in Nov 2019.  The classes aim at promoting disability inclusion, enhancing campus community’s wellbeing and alleviating stress.

 

HLTH1010 Course students will attain 4.5 course hours in “Wellness and Personal Enrichment Events” of the “Activities” module upon completion of events.
