DE Empower Trainee Recruitment by Dialogue Experience (4th Cohort)

DE Empower provides People of Differences (PoD*) graduates of Diploma level or above with a 6-month job immersion experience via trainings and real business project to empower them to fit into mainstream employment. By unleashing the potential of PoDs, they can land on a potentially desirable job and develop their own career.

The 6-month training will commence on 1 June 2018. DE Empower features:

• ≥ 270 hours Business Curriculum Training, Ability Enhancement Training & Coaching
  • 130-hour business course which covers skills in communication, group dynamics and project management
  • 140-hour course in career planning, survival skills at workplace, interpersonal skills, etc.
• ≥ 120 hours business projects at Dialogue Experience
• ≥ 600 hours on-the-job training at office of DE Empower champions
• Corporate visits; Sharing sessions by business leaders

• DE Empower Champions include: Centaline Property Agency, Delta Asia Securities Limited, Education for Good, Fossil Group, Gammon Construction Limited, Hang Lung Properties Ltd., Kowloon Watch Company, KPMG, Lotus Tours, Modern Living Property Management, PCCW HKT, Sony Pictures Television, SQUINA, Stan Group (Holdings) Limited, Sunshine Laundry, Sunta Chemical Limited, The Wave, and more.
